Practical Information: Venue, Registration, Payments

[1] VENUE & ONLINE ACCESS 

The 2026 DRAKKAR workshop will be held on the Grenoble campus : IMAG Building, 700 Av. Centrale, 38400 Saint-Martin-d'Hères. Online access to certain sessions will be available for remote participants here : https://videos.univ-grenoble-alpes.fr/live/events/. Zoom links will be made available to registered participants for live discussions.

[2] REGISTRATION & PAYMENTS: OPEN NOW, DEADLINE ON 19 DECEMBER.

 The registration procedure has changed: please read the following carefully.

A. ScienceConf (this) website : registration (dedicated tab on the left)

All remote and on-site attendees, with or without a scientific communication, are kindly asked to register. In order to facilitate organization, please answer all the questions in the registration form, in particular whether you wish to participate in the On-site Activity morning sessions (described in section [3] of the Agenda & Sessions tab). If any of your choices happens to change, please update them before December 19th using your registration login/password. 

B. Azur-Colloque website : payment of registration fees, and of the optional Tuesday dinner

NB: Remote attendees and Grenoble colleagues (who are not supported by travel money), as well as keynote speakers, are NOT concerned by these payments. But All ON SITE attendees WHO DO NOT WORK IN GRENOBLE are kindly asked to pay upon registration (see items 1. and 2. below); your payments will contribute to cover icebreaker, buffets, coffee breaks, audio-video recording, keynote speaker travels, etc. You will receive a receipt. Thanks in advance for making your payments (if concerned) before 19 December here: https://dr11.azur-colloque.fr/inscription/en/340/inscription

1. Registration fees amount to €87 for 1 day, €174 for 2 days and €261 for 3 days. 

2. If you wish to come to the dinner on 27 January (here), please check the dedicated box; an extra €20 will be added to your bill.
